Only 43% of the U.S. leaders, 50% of the UK market leaders as well as some Brazilian participants believed that today’s students have sufficient potential for directing tomorrow’s workforce. A large percentage of the participants felt that the state denies them access for changing the education systems existing in their respective countries. 51% of the Chinese market leaders, 59 % of the leaders from UK, 63 % of US forerunners and 67% of the leaders from Brazil who participated in the questionnaire also believed that their governing bodies must improve the rate of numeracy together with literacy skillsets in their countries.

What can be done

Because the international marketplace is in demand for fresh Information Technology competence, students can decide on concentrating on advanced IT skills choosing classes including java training classes or python classes. Courses, offering these in demand IT skills, also needs to be included in the education system to prepare the students today for the future.
